MyDefenseLawyer.com, a division of The Cornel Group, LLC (“Company”) is committed to protecting our customer's privacy. This statement applies with respect to the information that we collect from the Company Web site, located at www.MyDefenseLawyer.com.  This website is not directed at children.

  • If you are on a site that is an authorized partner, meaning that MyDefenseLawyer.com has a partnership with the partner or its Web site, MyDefenseLawyer.com may share some of your registration information with that partner - i.e., your name, e-mail address and zip code. For attorneys, MyDefenseLawyer.com may share your information that is publically available, such as name, firm name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, state of licensure, bar number and areas of practice.

The Company allows its attorney users the option to change or modify information previously provided. This may be done through the following methods:

          (1)        log into your membership account area via the Login button on the professional Web site homepage.

          (2)        e-mail the information to MemberServices@MyDefenseLawyer.com

Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, we cannot always ensure that such corrections or deletions will reach the other databases. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is removed from or corrected in our records.

VIII.    CHOICE; OPT OUT

You may opt-out of receiving communications from our partners, and from us, by the following means:
